History

Built in the 1920s, The Balcony is one of the few remaining buildings on Flinders street to retain its old-world charm. With gorgeous hardwood floors, a classic decorative fascia and an ornate balcony it’s easy to see why the building has remained a restaurant for the last four decades. Locals have remained loyal and while the surroundings have changed the restaurant itself remains a quiet oasis from the bustle of the Townsville CBD.

Functions

With two spaces available seven nights and afternoons a week, and at least one space available seven days a week, we will be able to make the perfect space for your event.
